Orders can be placed directly through our website. Simply choose your product, select the available options and quantity for that item, upload your artwork or logo, and complete checkout.

  • After your order is submitted, our team will reach out by text or email within one business day to confirm the design and gather any additional instructions if needed.
  • Each product includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary design or artwork setup time to prepare your file for production.
  • Additional revisions or design work beyond that time are $25 per revision.
  • Production begins once your final proof has been reviewed and approved.

If your project requires something more custom than what is listed on our website, you can also reach out through text or our contact page to discuss your project.

We recommend vector files such as:

We can also work with high-resolution PNG or JPG files. If you’re unsure whether your artwork will work, send it over and we’ll take a look.

Yes. Every product includes up to 15 minutes of complimentary design or artwork setup time. This can be used to adjust your artwork or create a simple layout using your logo, text, and basic design instructions.

  • Send us your logo, text, and any design notes during checkout or after placing your order.
  • Our team will prepare a mockup or adjust your artwork for production.
  • You will receive a design proof for approval before production begins.

Additional revisions beyond the included time are $25 per revision and will be invoiced prior to pickup.
